神州龙芯 2002年第一款通用CPU——龙芯一号的问世，结束了中国“无芯”的历史。 2005年64位龙芯二号CPU的发布，实现了 “从一到十” 的技术飞跃，震惊了世界。同年，具有完全自主产权龙芯CPU IP核的推出，彻底改写了中国信息科技 “有芯无核”的历史，增强了中国集成电路工业的核心竞争力。神州龙芯曾多次荣获国家级重大科技奖项，2002年与2005年二度被二院院士评为“中国十大科技新闻”，2004年与2005年连续被评为“中国十大嵌入式设计企业”。

Beijing Long-Xin IC Design Co., Ltd (BLX) was founded in 2002 with its goal and focus on the design, manufacture and proliferate of “Made-in-China” “Long-Xin” 32 and 64 bits microprocessor (CPU) and their IP (CPU IP) mostly for embedded applications.

The first 32 bits general purpose CPU, named “Long-Xin I” was introduced in the year of 2002, which made the history of first “Made-in-China” CPU ever. In 2005, a 64 bits general CPU “Long-Xin II” is released with its SPEC2000 benchmark performance comparable to that of world-class CPU in recent years. These technology achievements were recognized as the “Top Ten Technology Development in China” voted by the fellows of Chinese Academy of Science and Engineering in year 2002 and 2005 respectively.

BLX explores a new way for the industrialization of the entire China's own kernel technology in China's IC industry, and contributes the power for the long-term, stable development of China's IC and SoC industry. BLX has won national awards several times.
