杭州士兰集成电路有限公司是杭州士兰微电子股份有限公司投资设立的专业从事半导体集成电路和特种分立器件及外延片生产的高新技术企业。公司成立于2001年1月，目前注册资本22000万人民币，是浙江省的芯片生产基地之一，是国内第一条由民营资本投资的半导体生产线。

　　公司地处杭州下沙经济技术开发区高新园区内，东临风雅钱塘，北接杭州高教大学园区，现有中外员工近800人，其中技术、管理人员占40%以上。

　　Hangzhou silan integrated circuits Co., ltd., which is invested by silan microelectronics, specializes in integrated circuits discrete and epitaxial wafer manufacturing. It was founded in Jan. 2001, and now the total registration capital is RMB 220 million. The company is one of the wafer FAB bases in Zhejiang Province and it’s the first production line that is invested by private capital, specializing in semiconductor devices manufacturing in the country.

　　Silanic is located in Hangzhou Xiasha Economic &Technological development Area, and to the east is the elegant Qian Tang river, north meets the Hangzhou university city area. The total staff, including both Chinese and foreign personnel, is up to 800, of which the technology and the administrative personnel accounts for above 40%.
With the endeavor of the whole staff, up to now silanic has 10 series product; over 200 products have already been in mass production, and near 50 new products are being researched and developed.
